I want a mod that removes Bob's oil refineries, chemical plants, and electrolyzers in favor of the Angel's Petrochem equivalents and removes concrete and refined concrete in favor of their brick forms.

A few relevant mods that are not exactly what you want:
https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Hexy_AngelBob_Tweaks optionally removes bob's electrolyzers and chemical plants, along with a bunch of other things.
https://mods.factorio.com/mod/AngelBob_Better_Concrete does things in the opposite way you want, removing bricks in favor of vanilla (refined) concrete.
https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Oberhaul might do the concrete the way you want, but also has other tweaks as well.
https://mods.factorio.com/mod/SeaBlockCleanup does the concrete thing, but is geared for and requires seablock.

I forgot to say that I also want Bob's valves removed.
