[Idea] lamps placable on poles

The subject lines says it all. Ability to place lamps on poles of any size including substation. Looks cool and saves space. Mayde add bility to direct light in desired direction and not all four at once.

no problem, sometimes don't know what name can use for the mod, or for find it.
