barrels

i think these should be on the base game but i find it more likely that someone makes a mod
barrels!
we should be able to put every liquid on a barrel, either crude oil, heavy and light oils, petroleum gas, lubricant and water
you need some water for your refinery but the closest lake is too far? barrels!
you want to make blue belts but you can't fit a pipe in your factory? barrels!
etcetera....
how i see it, barrels should be a tech that could be researched after oil processing and automation 2, and it should be cheap (because you know, they are not that complicated) and it would unlock the generic put in a barrel, take from a barrel recipe, at code level, any liquid would go.
barrels should be colored for every liquid they have inside:
black for crude
orange for heavy oil
yellow for light
deep red for petroleum
blue for water
green for lubricant
aaand off we go! the same mechanics we have now only with crude barrels, we can have it with all liquids, put an assembly machine near and get some barrels in there.
i know this kinda kills the fluid network but it can be easy to balance, fluid pipes having a high transportation and energy free costs, while barrels need energy (inserters, assembly machines, maybe logistics robots..) and cannot be as fast as a pipe, and it is the only way to transport liquids on a train!
