[Idea] Upgrade Chest/Bots

A chest that you can load direct upgrades into and have construction bots or upgrader specific bots pick up and replace older infrastructure.
It would kind of work like an active provider chest, except a bot could pick up an assembly building 2 and fly over and replace an assembly building 1 with it. It would need to keep the orientation constant for when it replaces belt or an assembler with a liquid input.
It would then return with the older infrastructure and put that back in the chest.
What do you think?
