blue print vertical scrolling

This would be my idea for a little mod (if this doesn't exist already).

Sometimes it bothers me that, when scrolling with the mouse wheel, the selection scrolls sideways and not vertically. This just doesn't work that well for an ergonomic appilication (yes, it works, but vertically would be the most natural way imo, because it resembles the mouse wheel movement).

So is there a way to implement such a little mod just for this with small effort?

Not sure what exact gui your referring to. The blueprint components are the only thing that i can think of. But regardless of what you mean, mods can not modify base game gui elements. And for mod guis you'd have to ask the author of each mod. Personally i don't see a problem there as long as it's not a window that can be scrolled in both directions.
