Hello.

As title says. Im looking for a mod that will disable hand crafting.
I have found Laziest Bastard to play the lazy way and I want something so I can't make a mistake.

change your "craft" binding to something more complicated.

You can use the multiplayer permissions tab to deny yourself crafting permission. I’m pretty sure doing that won’t disable achievements.

Mod for the 'No crafting' challenge without the need for new items. It will disable all sort of hand crafting in the game and replaces your starter inventory with the 3 basic items needed to bootstrap everything.

You can no longer craft anything as a player, you are all dependent on assemblers.

type `/permissions` in the console (which has tab-completion for commands too, `/perm<TAB>` works), edit your group, uncheck "Craft"

I will use this as it doesn't need any new mod.

Isn't No-Crafting kinda impossible? I mean you don't get assembly machines until you make a steam engine, a boiler a pump, electric poles, 10 red science and a lab, and even then you have to craft 1 assembly machine

That breaks down to a grand total of 14+6+5+6+25+30+18
(14) Steam engine
(6) Boiler
(5) Offshore Pump
(6) 1 Small electric power pole
(25) Lab
(30) 10 Red science
(18) Assembly Machine 1
Or 104 total handcrafts. Still under the 111 handcrafts.
Unless you install mods no hand crafting is impossible for that reason.

yes, no hand crafting at all would make it impossible to continue.
i'm sure they know that. or figure it out pretty quick.

You must get only one yellow assembler at the start. Make it undeconstructible, and immortal. Then you can complete the game.

Witch is exactly what Laziest Bastard mod does.

Wasn't there a mod literally named "no hand crafting"?

Either way, I'm thinking of a mod where you start with a single assembling machine MK3, and can't craft anything by hand.
