i did not see anything like this so, heres my idea

id like to load cargo cars 1 and 3

wile loading cargo car 2

Just a FYI:
Loaders and train cars will cause performance problems if used in to many places.

It might be better to switch to inserters and use something like wide chests to load 3 train cars from one big chest.
