[Idea] Remote train content reader

An box that can read content and fuel storage in passing by trains. The box could be wired to train signals possibly through some combinator jigamajog to direct the trains where you want them. They could work similar to the read from train station without the need for the trains to stop.
It's the train switches (doesn't exist in Factorio) and the signals that directs the trains. Try to build an effective train network could be a great excuse to build some complicated stuff with wires from stations to the content readers and trains signal that could be tinkered with a long time. First it must be possible to build an effective train network second the game shouldn't offer a better solution out of the box.
