Have an idea, I would like to mod that would give the rubbish from the research station, petrochemical plants, etc. ..

example of such
research station - finish research stage - trash - trash into a powerhouse - and this in electricity
and also with other things.
oil refinery - finish oil stage - trash - trash into a powerhouse - and this in electricity
and also with other things.

This sounds quite interesting, since you'd have to deal with trash piling up. If the related power plant was a lategame item, you'd have to make a landfill to get rid of the trash at first.
I like the idea and hope it's possible to mod, good luck!
