Tree shredder

Trees marked with Deconstruction planner are instantly removed and raw wood is put into players inventory.

see upgrade planner and make sure trees is checked
it can (when checked):
- remove trees
- remove rocks
- pickup dropped items
- remove/pickup turrets/ammo
- upgrade entities
eg.
- press up-off to turn it on
- up-on is visible: the deconstruction planner is now functioning as an upgrade planner.
- make sure the tree checkbox on the left is checked.
- drag the deconstruction planner over some trees
note: when your inventory is full the wood will just vanish.
