[Idea] - Multiplayer Specific Light-Cycle-esque Minigame

In expectation of multiplayer being added to Factorio some time in the (hopefully near) future, I would like to share a minigame mod idea outside the scope of the main game direction:
For those who've watched Tron and/or Tron: Legacy (if not, I recommend them
), remember the light-cycles? That... except with Cars and Walls.
