[modding] Statistic for electricity

Hello fellows,

is it possible to add some infos about electrical networks like the statistic tools located in the forces object.

Thereby it would be possible to add mods which will make kind of warnings zo the player when the powerproduction is to low.
Or a mod could make (simplier) a modded story line.
