Capitalism Mod

So I just had an idea for a mod, where instead of making science, you create capital. You can build housing, which will slowly generate citizens, which you must transfer to shops and such, where you'll sell products, they'll pay you money, and you'll use the money as science, to perhaps build a rocket. I imagine the supply line would be something like this
(Citizen) House -> Shop (Citizen + Product = Capital + Happy Citizen) -> House/Resting Place = Happy Citizen -> Citizen (basically, they need to rest, or have the effect of making a purchase wear off, like you can buy a lot of shoes and clothes at once, but not televisions, unless you're filthy rich)
