Beacon domain & Cable access area coloring (Color Tone variations)

1--How can I modulate the color of the dark (dark blue) part that shows the "common area" between the posts? Auto based on maximum reach while running. is positioning. But sometimes I would like to see it with a red color to draw attention to unwanted situations... I don't think the game team will change it, how can I mod it myself?

2--I would like to change the color of the domains of the Beacon. It reflects differently with vanilla color tones. However, I want to replace the 12 domains with low distinctiveness of the existing tones with full green and the other weak domains with colors such as yellow-blue-red. Is it possible to mod?
