Worker Management

I have an idea. Maybe I'll start on that myself this year.
Two new items, Worker and Exhausted-Worker. Each recipe additionally requires a Worker and outputs an Exhausted Worker. Exhausted Workers can be refreshed to normal Workers in special new buildings. These range from early game (garden/swimming-pool, requires Wood/Water), to more complicated Wellness-Buildings.
Obviously, one needs a mechanic to increase the number of Workers. Maybe Life-Pods from that mod constantly produce Workers.
