Limiting how many building you can build

Hi! I have an idea. Its simple.
A mod that limits you how many buildings can you place. So you can create yellow belts but you can only place down 100, for example.
Same with inserters, assemblers etc.
I think it would be very fun gameplay experience, since you have to work around these limitations.
Using all inserters, probably wooden would be useful aswell.
I found an inactive mod that limits you how many boilers can you place.
All i want is one where you can setup before the games, how many can you place of each placeble groups.
Can anyone make this? Or help me make this. I dont know modding.
