I know, but every other version has one, and I think not every version had api changes.
Oh, actually you are right. The weird thing is that .15 had API changes but does have a page while .16 didn't and does have a page.

Probably there are just a lot of assemblers pulling from the API page updater upstream.

For me it is slower. I switched from 0.14.14 to 0.14.18 today. I have a headless server on Debian 8 in the datacenter of our company. The datacenter has 100mbit upload, @home I have 120mbit Download.
With 0.14.14 it started out slowly with 1MB/s, but accelerated until 8-9 MB/s.
With 0.14.18 it starts with about 5MB/s and peaks at 6MB/s.
