[1.1.38] Creating PVP Scenario, doesn´t work

Hello everybody,

I have a problem to create a PVP-Scenario
Make the preferences (Teams, max. Player, etc.) then I Click "create", the next step opens (black map, Editor Menue) and the Window with "Creating Map or Scenario" or something like this. Easily say "The Progress Bar"
My computer was on all night and no progress was seen!
Is there a known Issue?

Do you know what settings you used? Did you use any specific map preset or change any map gen settings?

I used no specific settings.
My Goal is a Server with 5 Teams.
My Settings are the Game default settings.
First time last week without Mods. (same problem)
Second Time yesterday only with 1 Mod "FactorioPlusPlus".
no explicit Seed

This raises another question, what does the "900 between starting points" mean?

Can you try doing a full restart of the game and see if its any different?
Can you send a save game before you hit 'Start Round'?
