[Modded][Mini-Me]Movement controls get stuck while holding object. (Mini Me mod?)

You can duplicate this by running around with an electric miner or something else (likely) larger than 1 square (also likely with the mini-me mod on default setings), the controls well get stuck, and the engineer will keep walking in one direction until you press left/right, but not backwards or forwards.

I also have canal builder, electric trains, FLAN, but I do not think these have anything to do with the issue.

Well, this can't be reproduced in vanilla, so it is most probably mod related. If you provided log so we can look at the exact mods that could cause it, we might try to look at it.

A report on the minime mod-portal page would have been great! I've noticed this thread only by chance now …
A good mod deserves a good changelog. Here's a tutorial (WIP) about Factorio's way too strict changelog syntax!

With Factorio 1.0 and just minime 0.0.20 on default settings, I've started a new game, mined some iron and copper ore, built an electric mining drill, held it in my had, and went for a while in each direction. As soon as I released the key, the character would stop.

Then, still with Factorio 1.0 and minime 0.0.20, I've loaded an existing game, mined a chemical plant near me (because it also is larger than 1x1 tiles), held it in my hand, and went for a while in each direction. Same result as above.

Are you really sure this is a Factorio issue? Could it be that one of your keys on your keyboard has become physically stuck? Not likely, but you still should check this. :-)

Sorry for the delayed response, the issue seemed to resolve itself and only recently reappeared. I suppose since there haven't been any updates to the vanilla game, it then must be a mod? Looking at the log, it might be related to CanalBuilder (I haven't used that mod in game yet) since it's showing warnings? I'll disable it and see if that works.

Thanks for checking! I only thought it was related to Mini-Me since that's the only one that has anything to do with the character. It's probably not though, (maybe Canal Builder?) As for my keyboard, well it looks to be in good order, I haven't noticed any issues with it other than when playing Factorio.

P.S. - minime is the most important mod for me in any play through. Cheers! :D

Hello again! Some more info, I was able to reproduce it consistently by walking around while holding the right mouse button to mine; as if you were cutting down a bunch of trees. One can walk in some what of a semi-circle while holding down the mining button and the movements will freeze. Maybe it's a GPU issue? Log is below:

Well, this can't be reproduced in vanilla, so it is most probably mod related. If you provided log so we can look at the exact mods that could cause it, we might try to look at it.
Final update:

It was CanalBuilder. The logs shown it was deprecated and it was doing something weird.
