1.17.x wooden chest and offshore pump bug

Since last updating to 1.17.x 3 days ago my crafting menu no longer shows the option to craft the wooden chest or the offshore pump. I've tried other save files and I can still craft them there. I downgraded my game version to the latest stable build but the options won't come back.
