this one is interesting. i have posted 2 photos here one is before save and one is after save. it seems that when i save 2 copper lines that supply power seem to change on there own. as to explain how this setup works. F = fuel on belts. R = reset S = set (rs latch) when fuel drops below a set number the power is cut off from the entire base except the coal miners when the fuel on the belt reaches a set amount the power is restored to the base. This is to stop the robots from putting power production to a halt when building big projects.
so whats happening is the copper wire in picture a is being removed and the copper wire in picture b is appearing i do not do this change it seams to happen when i save and come back later
setup before i save this is the correct setup notice the copper wire i circled

setup after i save this is incorrect

notice the copper wire i circled i did not place this wire notice the copper wire in the other picture is now gone, i did not delete that wire.

At any point did biters come along and chew on one of those power poles?

What version is that?
Post a save that shows that behaviour please.

Thanks for the report however I'm not sure what we can do with what you've described.

Without a save file which shows the (possible) bug happening I'm inclined to think that you simply removed the wire by mistake or removed the electric pole it was connected to by mistake at some point.
