Crash on save repeating over and over

Over the past week, this bug has been causing the game to crash on me, The first instance was when I added my first safe railway crossing to the base, two that happened in between occurred when I was saving the game manually before I exited, and the most recent one occurred when I went back to that intersection to blueprint it. All in all, since the error started occurring in the middle of the week I put in a grand total of 20 minutes of gameplay on factorio because it's a repetitive crash. Since the crash began I updated to from 17.47 (crash started here) to 17.50 (Crash continued to occur) and finally the latest experimental version.
I usually only update the game when / if my mods have a newer version out. I am not sure if this is mod related, but honestly, do not know how it would be because I haven't added or really removed any mods in around 30 hours of playing on the map.

It's crashing trying to save a LuaEntity - a Lua reference to a C++ entity. Specifically something has corrupted the table used on the Lua side for the entity.

How do I fix it then? should I do a repair installation, and reinstall the mods I use?
*Edit*
Right I uninstalled factorio and reinstalled it/ reupdated it. Loaded the game back up, played it for a few hours no crashes. Then let it sit and run all night, no crashes still. So I guess reinstalling the game fixed whatever was corrupted/ missing. I'd like to say I'm happy with it working, but I work in structural/ mechanical reliability so not really knowing what caused the fault, to begin with, is rather vexing.

The game has no external dependencies that would be fixed by reinstalling - just the .exe itself. So, if you still have the old .exe I could binary compare it with a known good one and see if it showed any issues.

I deleted literally the entirety of the game off my computer, not a single thing left, then restarted my system. Then I reinstalled it via steam and selected the latest version. I then manually reinstalled all of the mods through the game itself, and then put my saved game files into the folder. Loaded it up and I am now crashing again. I'm not sure which .exe you want to look at cause I launch the game via steam, and don't use desktop shortcuts at all.
Previously you had mentioned it was an LUA issue with something missing or being, so I figured a completely fresh install would replace the entry that is affected. Now it seems that that didn't fix the issue so is it my saved game that's corrupted? If that's accurate I am going to lose 163+ hours of time invested on that map, not a lot by some standards but literally all my gaming time for the past 4 months.

It's most likely one of the mods you're using causing issues. That, or some external factor (hardware issues/bad software).

Well, I'm at the point of having to breadboard this thing, disable a mod, let it run see if it crashes rinse repeat. I am just at a loss as to which mod could be causing the issue all of a sudden because I haven't added any additional mods in the past 40ish hours of gameplay.
As for software, I have been diagnosing bluescreen issues with my computer for the past week that started after my last windows update. I rolled back to a previous stable version, the issue persisted, so I did more digging and found that by turning off fast startup the 3 separate cases of bluescreen are eliminated.

Random bluescreens I would associate with memory issues (unless proven explicitly to be some software/driver update). Can you reproduce this crash on any other computer you have access to?

This is currently the only computer I have in the house, when I googled what the error was/ is, it came back to being a driver error and all suggestions were to update my drivers. Well, all my drivers are up to date, I checked. I used to have tweaks done to my memory around 2 months back but I reset those to default as well, because well system is new, and it's fast enough as is.
I think I might know what mod could be causing the issue though, as I was having a problem with Dectorio and LTN specifically ordering LTN to pick up a shipment of specialized concrete for laying down under my railways/ safe crossings. LTN wasn't recognizing it so I uninstalled Dectorio, loaded the game. Saved exited, reinstalled, and LTN found it. That would be the only instance of changing anything to do with mods on the save file. So I'm gonna remove that first as a starting point to see if I can confirm it.

Okay, I don't want to jinx it but I think I fixed the issue. I didn't delete or check a single Mod for any issue, I Uninstalled all my chipset drivers and reinstalled them just in case. Then I went to my motherboard bios and I removed an overclocking profile. Thinking back on the Rseding91's comments about memory and stability. When I rolled back the overclock I forgot to reset my memory clock speeds. I set these back to stock, and no crashing takes place in factorio. I am going to re-enable windows fast boot. (although I am booting from a M.2 Drive so I'm not sure how much faster fast boot actually makes it although the eyeball test says not very.)
I wish I would have done one of those things then the other, but I am almost 100% certain it was related to memory because I didn't even download fresh driver files, I kept the exe's for my drivers on another harddrive because they were still the most recent ones, uninstalled my drivers, restarted then reinstalled the drivers again. So the only real change I made was sifting through my bio's and finding the 1 setting that wasn't set to default, other than the setting to nuke the RGB lighting in my computer. (It's a computer not a damn rave!!! /angry old man.)
So I guess the lesson although a delayed one is whenever you mess with your bio's for overclocking purposes, remember what you changed and if you can't remember reset everything to default.
Now to figure out what the heck is up with cities skylines.
