[0.17.47] Not able to move character after Day time reach 0:35 AM

With the newest version I am experiencing trouble in multiplayer game.
The game I join is a modded server where some other players are playing and not experience problem.

After fighting some aliens my character got stuck and the game behaves like it's having lag problems.
I am not able to move my character anymore and when it moves it jumps back to the place it is standing.
I can see other players moving around me, trains doing their things and other players chatting with each other.
I am not able to post messages in chat (this also gives the "heavy lag-behavior)

In version 0:46 nothing was wrong.

Things tried already:
- Admin deleted complete character from server
- Admin restarted the server
- Admin deleted my characters profile
- Did a complete fresh reinstall of my own factorion game.

I am able to move around on another multiplayer server.

For now it looks like we have a possible cause..

The chatlog was to big.. The behavior start to occur when a player was posting a message in chat.
Clearing my personal chatlog and the admin cleared the chatlog on the server it looks like it has been resolved.
Now the game continues to run normally. even when other players are chatting in game.

Sadly the problem started to occur again.. more players are now reporting the problem:
FPS/UPS = 5.4 / 58.0
This problem started to occur on the same time as yesterday (around 0:35 AM)
Did play a lot time of the day on the same server.. not any problems..
Magically the problems looks to be gone around 02:00 PM
