[0.17.9] Crash upon trying to place blueprint

I created a simple blueprint for a barrel emptier in my sandbox world. In this sandbox world, I have thousands of robots that pull from some limitless buffer chests. When I tried to place this blueprint, the robot that was placing the assembler couldn't place the assembler (he would just hover over it). When I tried to manually place the assembler, the game crashed. This happened twice in a row, so I figured I should report it.

I can see that the crash is on an inserter check, but I suspect that is not the issue there. I think that the bot is not building it because there is some fluid mixing in play. Can you confirm that?
