[0.17.8] "Failed to create device and swap chain." when using dedicated GPU

Hello,
I was using last stable release without issues (0.16.51). I'm using laptop with Windows 10 with Intel Core i5-2450M and NVIDIA GeForce GT 520MX. When I'm trying to run the game using dedicated GPU error from tittle occurred.
But when I'm using integrated (weaker) GPU Everything seems to work
