[0.17.8] Blueprint glitches

A blueprint I use in 0.16 does not work in 0.17 because of the length of some coloured wires. I understand that this was a bug in 0.16 and should have never worked there either.

By way of experimentation, I loaded a saved game from 0.16 into 0.17 that had what I wanted already stamped down. This time the wires were there.

Then I tried to make a new 0.17 blueprint in the hope that would preserve the wire lengths. It didn't, I was kind of expecting that.

But then I noticed that the new blueprint I created includes 3 heat exchanger entities that 0.17 says it will not put down, they are always red wherever I try to place the blueprint, with shift pressed or not.

When I place the blueprint, even though the ghost image said that it couldn't build 2 of the heat exchangers, it goes ahead and builds them anyway.

Thanks for the report.
I imported the BP string you provided in 0.17.32 and didn't see any issue when trying to build it, so it seems to be fixed. Can you reproduce the issue in the latest 0.17 version?
