[0.11.1][MP] Disabled mods count as active

When connecting to a server disabled mods can cause the game to refuse to connect, and you have to uninstall the mod or have both clients install and disable said mod.

Did you restart the game once you disabled the mod? Disabling it doesn't actually take effect until the game is restarted.

This seems to me like a plausible explanation for the situation.
