belts rotate after update

i use the experimental version of factorio and every time there is a update there is a chance a random belt rotates i dont know why this happends but it is anoying when something break because a random belt rotates.

Post a save with the issue and explain where the belt is and with what versions it changes please.

This sounds very suspicious and unusual. Are you sure it isn't some mod causing it? And yes, having the save would be also good.
