I got desyncd a couple more times after this one, happens when i deconed the lights/combinators south of the middle main base, under the mall.
happened right after i set the decon planner, and kept getting desyncs logging back in while decon was still in progress

file is 1GB, so i was not able to upload it directly to the forum, I hope this link will suffice.

Are you using mods or a custom scenario?

Thanks for the report. Unfortunately the inner zips are corrupt due to a bug in Factorio writing files > 4 GB into zips.

That bug is fixed for the next version of 0.16 so unless the desync happens again in that version there's not much we can do.
