Looks like you crashed in userland ati driver code or something wierd like that. Is it repeatable? Maybe try rebooting, and then disabling your antivirus' real-time protection?

You have not enough VRAM to run those settings, try Graphics quality: normal.

The VRAM requirements for the high-resolution sprites have gone up recently, causing a lot of these sorts of reports to crop up.

The game worked fine up until now. Even in 0.16.18

Did the most recent update do something?
