[0.16.7] Desync on placing blueprint in "fog of war"

What did you do?
Placing a (big) blueprint via map, in an area which is partly obscured (no radar).
Playing in LAN with two players, no mods.
What happened?
Multiplayer Desync, second Player disconnected.
Seems to be reproducable.
What did you expect to happen instead?
Blueprint is placed and multiplayer clients are not desynced/disconnected.
