Liquids from removed pipes/tanks could pass disabled pumps

Build and fill tanker, connect to another tanker with pump, disable pump (no power/blocked by circuit network) destroy full tank, and liquid will pass disabled pump to another tank.

Are you using creative mode mod at all? I can reproduce this behavior with creative mode super radar on the map

Well, 25Mb save is overkill, I think, but I don't have another. And the manual deconstruction is hardly could be presented in save.

Here some pictures of experiment.

Seems the pump can take liquids from deconstructed tank against conditions. And seems it never care about conditions to give away liquids.
