Adding speed modules to electric miners does not affect mining speed.

Can you post the save file and any mods you're using that reproduces the problem?

When I test speed modules work just fine.

Are you referring to the actual rate that material is mined, or the "speed" number in the sidebar (which IIRC always reads 0.5)?
