[0.15.5] Energy source was not saved

Upon saving/autosaving I'm getting a notice that reads: ElectricNetworkSerialiser::getEnergySourceIndex, the energy source was not saved.
I was working in this part of the map
PS: Why is Enable/disable and set filters mutually exclusive? I have some ideas to use both of them at the same time. Also I think set filters option should set the strongest signal first instead of tab ordering.
Edit: When exiting to desktop I got an error, the log is attached.

Hmmm, when I load your save file it seems to work just fine to save.
If you load it are you able to reproduce the erorr(s)?

Because one is a subset of the other. A filter inserter with no filters set is effectively disabled, so there is no reason to have an additional mechanism to disable the inserter when in set filter mode.

It fails saving so that's why the load works fine (I did not know this when I uploaded). As for reproducing I'm not sure what caused it, but it has happened once more and again I don't know what caused it. If it is any help I'm not using any mods.
If it happens again I will try removing energy related stuff until it works. If you have any info on when this message is sent it would help me try and figure out if it happens again.
