If you play factorio in window mode and then click into another window and back to factorio it will ingore all player input for a minute or so. It does not happen if you minimize factorio and then click into another window.

I have the same, when using a PC without dedicated graphics card. I guess it's because of this. Sorry, I can't provide any log files atm.

Yes it only happens on my laptop not on my home pc with a dedicated graphics card.

I can't reproduce the problem you describe.
Have you been able to reproduce it on any other computer to know what might be causing it?

I only have 2 computers with factorio and I can't test with more.
On my desktop pc it has never happend and on my laptop it is happening every time.
I know that it's not caused by a savegame because it affects every game and it doesn't happen on the savegames that I bring from the laptop to my deskotp pc.
