[14.21] Crash Report

Starting with the save below, I build a long yellow belt to carry the red potions south. Then I turn that west, go another ~15 squares, add an inserter pointing southwards. Then a couple seconds later it crashes. Every time.

I tried the --max-texture-size=16384 fix but that didn't change the results here. Thanks!
