[14.21] Game Crash during Resuming Multiplayer Map

When i resume my multiplayer map, the Game Crash if i don't have activ internet connection ( out of Service)
Steps:
1) startet steam WITH internet
2) startet factorio without internet
3) load multiplayer game
4) AUTH service aktiv
5) Crash
