When connecting to multiplayer game, the game freezes on "Connecting to the game" screen. Music keeps playing for about 1 or 2 minutes, then stops. Everything else is frozen. The game cannot be closed, does not react to any keys/clicks. Must be terminated in taskbar. I have tried multiple servers, but all had the same result. I have tried disabling firewall, but no change. I can see the server list, and also ping is shown for the server I want to connect to, but when I hit Join, the above happens.

I am attaching log files and screenshot. This is how the game looks when it freezes. If I minimize the window and bring it up again, the screen turns black.

Though I receive the result that I am unable to connect then.

I do not receive any result or error. The game just hangs.
Another different point is that in public browser, I can usualy see ping to server. Sometimes I get "can't reach" as well, but mostly I get ping results.
