I attach a desync-report.
I was able to repair it,as soon as restart the server.
but CPU utilization is 100 percent soon.
Settled by running the following command.

/c game.forces["enemy"].kill_all_units()

Might Apparently the active-biter has too many.
Or because there are a lot too entity, everyone was no longer catch up.
