[13.15] Mod Browser: Re-downloading mods does not overwrite

I was going through the in-game modding page, and I was re-downloading all the 5dim mods. Apparently you should never re-download a mod, because it will make your game unplayable. I downloaded it when I was still on 0.13.8, before I had updated to 0.13.15. I thought reinstalling on 0.13.8 would fix it, but nope. That didn't work. Updating didn't do anything either, so I turned to the Factorio forums. After about 10 minutes of confusion, struggle, and anger, I finally realized that the main Factorio account is not the same as the forum account. So, if anyone knows how to fix my predicament, I will gladly cooperate the best I can! The only thing I know about Factorio modding is that its made through lua or something, and the only thing I know about lua is its name. Please help, when its fixed (if) I will be very happy, because I want to play Factorio again 
*EDIT* I forgot to mention, the error says "Error Duplicate mod 5dim_automatization." So yeah, there's that, for what it's worth.
