Desyncs on 0.13.10 and 0.13.11

Hello,
I'm getting desync loops constantly everytime I join my friends game with version 0.13.10 and 0.13.11

You've got a ton of mods.. I need all of them in order to test anything.

When I load up your save file locally it runs without any desync problems.
Is there something I need to do that triggers the issue?
Can you please upload the entire desync report?

Thanks for the reply, but when I dont know whats triggering the desyncs because its instantly when i join my friends game. We even tried switching hosts but nothing happened. We are using Evolve because for some reason with port forwarding i cannot join the host. Can evolve be the issue?
