[0.13.9] [Pending] Desync; reproducible, lots mods

I'm not sure if it's not mod related but we have desync when using power armor with modules W10 machines desync on W7 guy.
Probably too high movement speed.
We use lot of mods so don't sweat it too much. It might be just that.
I kept desynced level just in case. (20MB ish)

You mean desync log? I already uploaded it.
New theory is that when roboports zones align.
When we all have W10 then no problem no desyncs.
NEWER THEORY!
Walking near buildings fast causes desync between W10 and W7.
Hit tight building space in high speed or that is quite big probably and it will cause desync.
Probably walking near blast furnace from angels mod does the trick.
Ok so it's sort of walking in specific tight spots, between yuoki trading building and angels mod blast furnace 1 inserter space with 1 inserter in spot. Walk fast there and you get desync if player 1 uses windows 10 and player 2 uses windows 7.
Damn this is preatty specific bug. Also you need +60% speed at least. 100ms delay.

No, the save, mods, and desync report generated in the %Appdata%\factorio\ archive folder.

How and where can i upload it all to you?
Looks like that's it.
You don't even need power armor for this. It's caused by walking near my 2 trading oupost and blast furnaces while crossing inserter. Nailed it!

Doen't it delete older ones by itself?
Crap it's old desync.
I'll see what i can get.
In any case i know how to replicate it, so i can always make more.

All of the desync reports are too far gone to be useful.
Would it be possible to record the 2 screens as you reproduce the desync?
I think the issue might be related to what the other guy is doing and not anything to do with you running around near the machines. But, without seeing everything as it happens I can't really tell.

I can show you it's really kinda rare space between buildings i can replicate it 100% of times. I just need someone on W7 and i have W10. I will walk to desync area and it will desync. I will post screenshot of it when i get home.
Just walk around this place in tight spots and try to hit walls.

NEVERMIND! I think it's hard to replicate. It was easy to do yesterday. So it seems that if game runs for a bit longer then it will start doing that so don't bother. Anyway if i figure something out i'll let you know.

Well i can replicate bug after 36 minutes in game.
We loaded the save up with windows 7 and windows 10 and I ran around that spot for a while and got no desyncs.
If you're still getting desyncs please keep uploading them. So far the desyncs have all been too far gone to be useful but maybe one of the others won't be.

Problem is it is not active instantly, it takes about 40 minutes of game running, so i suggest you load that save with 2 computers keep it running for hour or so then run near those tight spots, if nothing happens then i dont know. I leaned it the hard way when i tried to replicated desync on fresh load, it just didn't happen, but save you've got will start desyncing in about 40-60 minutes if you just keep it running and then run in that area. Strange desync but yeah. If it wont start happening after 60 minutes then you will not have desync because it starts for us after that much time has passed and someone runs near those areas.

Let me get this straight, the W10 machines keep sync and W7 desyncs? If the W7 is then replaced by W10, there is no desync?
This is important: is the entire machine being substituted (different computer) or just the operating system (dual-booting)? If the entire machine is substituted, there might be a hardware issue on the W7 machine.
