I just tried to scout the area with my car.
Unfortunately, I faced a dramatic FPS Drop.

Hello, I tried to load the save game (with all the mods you have activated), and it was perfectly smooth for me, with update value of 3.5ms (up to 12-15 it is 60 fps usually).
Could you screenshot the values shown when you press F5? (the time statistics)
