If I want to play the game it says "map temp not empty! "and then i cant play.

before we start can you provide the save that is giving problems?

also add the log and pc specs

I dont know my pc spec's
and it doesnt happen when i want to start a save game it happens wheen i start the game

no i cant acces the logg file when i start the game it has a error code 0x80070091

What exactly prevents you from uploading the log-file? Be as precise as possible!

This seems like an OS issue and not a Factorio issue.

You should check that your folder temp is writable by you.
