[12.33] [Pending] signals applied via blueprint hv no block

I created a blueprint containing only two signals in order to make sure I had the spacing correct. When I apply the blueprint, my robots place the signals and they immediately started flashing. When I moused over one of the signals, the UI indicated that it had no block. Manually removing and replacing the signal caused it to behave properly.

Please provide a save-file with the flashing signals.

I have never had a probklem with rail signals in blueprints,
Can you provide some steps to reproduce the problem?
Or perhaps provide a save game and
log file

Are you using mod that edit blueprint like blueprint flipper ?
Sometime those mod make signal lose their "connection point" so placing the blueprint won't connect the signal to the track.
