After zooming interface was impossible to restore the default settings - on 17-inch monitor is not possible to click on OK button

Can you post a screenshot? Even with 200% scale in a small window I can still change the scale:

You can also change it in the config file (found in %appdata%\Factorio\config\config.ini).
It's the variables

system-ui-scale=true
custom-ui-scale=1
