[0.12.29] [kovarex] What exactly is causing this crash-to-desktop?

I was playing a long solo game, peaceful_mode on, with a bunch of mods. But after many hour a bug occured, crash-to-desktop, and now I can't load that savegame.

I've looked at the log file, but can't figure out which mod is causing the problem, so I'd like help with that. If it is a mod, I can contact the creator and let him now, but if it's something else, then that'd be very interesting.

Also, Factorio crashes to desktop, I can't start it again, at least via Steam (I haven't played non-Steam Factorio in ages) because I get an "Error":

"The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process" (OK)

I've looked in Task Manager, but no factorio.exe is currently running.

Can you please upload the save file and post your system specs?

I'll upload the save file in a minute, but where do I find my system specs?
EDIT: I'm using Windows 7...

Also note that I've been playing Factorio since late 2014, this is a new problem.

Okay, here's the save.

I can attach a ZIP of all the mods I use too, but some of the mods are ones made by others that I've have modified further (turning them into private mods that I actually shouldn't distribute) so I'm not so happy about that. There's also a mod I've made myself but that's in principle OK, except it's not documented or anything.

Go to the start menu, search for "dxdiag" and let that run. Once it's run copy the results it gives and upload that here.

Sorry for the late reply, here's the dxdiag output attached.

The 13-14 savegames were saved only minutes before 15 (and IIRC they all cause a CtD when I place down an electric pole to connect a power-consuming machine to my network), but the 12 savegame is from 4 hours earlier (elapsed time about 21h as compared to about 25h), so I'm attaching save #12 to this post.

Keep in mind, I suspect one of the mods is causing a problem, but I am not 100% sure which one, and would like an analysis of the crash log file, so that I can know which mod author to contact.

Although in general CtD probably should never happen, especially not without an informative error message.

Can you also upload one of the broken saves?

I did. The 15 save is broken. The 12 save is not.

I'm still waiting to hear whether or not a specific mod causes these crashes.

You can do the science yourself. Enable mods one by one until it crashes.

I can't really load the save without the mods due to error that will be solved in 0.13.
