[0.12.17] [pending] Crafting bug :)

I was crafting lots of stuff and had cancelled some stuff and dropped some stuff on the ground. Now I can't craft things like lamps while I have tons of mats in my inventory and when crafting assembly 2 machines, they don't require any circuits somehow

I'm not able to reproduce this bug with the save you provided, not even with the same mod configuration, assuming you didn't edit the mods:
(and somehow EvoGUI writes that message every second?)

The save starts at playtime 2:08:49, a few minutes after your screenshot. Can you reproduce it somehow from the save you provided (or in general)?
Please upload the modfolder you're using if the save works correctly on your pc.

I don't get any message from evogui. I didn't edit any mod
When I load the save, the glitch is still effective.

I'll try to use a previous auto save to reproduce. I had a lot in crafting queue and cancelled a lot and added some again. May have done that a couple of times

Found an easy way to reproduce.
Load the save

and remove items from crafting queue until items are dropped on the ground because of full inventory and the lamp and other stuff aren't craft-able afterwards.

Edit: when the queue is finished the glitch disappears.

Also, please note that the term "Glitch" is a non-software error, such as an error caused by a power surge, or hardware issue. Most of what you'll see in factorio are software related errors, usually known as Bugs.

Just pointing that out.

Okay, fair enough

Did anyone managed to reproduce the issue with Jhonny's save? I tried it in our latest build, 0.12.18 and 0.12.17 without any luck. Sorry.

With a clean zip of 0.12.18, I'm still able to reproduce. Even after a few cancellations it showed that I wasn't able to craft lamps and repair packs.

I tried to cancel always the first thing. Then I tried to cancel random things on the first line. I tried right clicking it, left clicking it, shift+left clicking it but I never got it to state where anything would be uncraftable.

Odd, for me it doesn't matter how I click on it, left or right or left with shift.

Edit:
After some more testing: It only happens with cancelling of the assembly machine mk1 or 2, I think. Tried radars and labs but they don't bug.

I tried again on a different computer. I tried x86 and x64 Windows builds, but could not reproduce the issue.
Jhonny, could you post your log, please? Thanks.

Maybe a Youtube video would help out as well.

I was able to reproduce the problem on Linux Ubuntu 14.04 and Linux Mint 17.2

I will have a look if I can make a video but will be my first so might take a while to figure it out.
