Please help me! I have problem with multiplayer server. When I want to connect I see error: Can't create communication web with server.( I typing Ip of my firend computer and : and port"34197")

You have to be either in a LAN network or your friend has to create a portforwarding of port 34197 to his computer. Alternatively you can use vpn solutions like Evolve or Hamachi
