[0.12.4] [kovarex] Random sprite errors with Modpack.

Hi there!
there seems to be a massive issue that over the past few versions developed.
Somewhere along the line of converting into 0.12 and 0.12.1, 0.12.2 etc etc.
It seems that big modpacks atleast mine at this point. Throw very unsolvable issues that do not lead to the mods and the issue being. the base game of Factorio.
Here are a few issues that developed.
So here are just a few issues..
The funny thing is being. (Here is where the bug occurs basically) 4.0.0 Works perfectly for me and about 200 others who downloaded it. just a few people have this issue and it spreads. all have different issues with the same pack with the same config with the same mods... I noticed this familiarity with the issue in 0.11.20 or so when i had a bug with too many item assign ID's being a problem but this generated a few different issues. hence why I am writing this post

EDIT:
Fixed by changed the sprite sizes in "\Factorio\mods\Yuoki_0.2.33\prototypes\entity\e_electric.lua" to 140 and 122 (was 160/140).

Alright, so now I've realised after removing the Advanced Equipment it started happening with other mods to, I think some sounds aren't in the folders, what should I do now?
